  • SU Treasury Post Allocation Office Hours Conclude  - See details on the SU Finance BEARings Trello Board
  • First Day for Student Group Re-Registration on WUGO  for 2025-2026 Academic Year!
April 6, 2025 Last Day Appeals less than $1,000 can be submitted to SU Vice President of Finances for Fall semester - See details on the SU Finance BEARings Trello Board
April 8, 2025 Final SU Treasury Session  - See details on the SU Finance BEARings Trello Board
April 25, 2025 Last day of Spring 2025 Classes
April 27, 2025
  • Last Day to Program! This is the final day that student groups can program, hold an event or activity for spring (any event type, including general body meetings)
    *Programming, events or activities include: meetings (of any type), recruiting, rehearsals, practices, try outs, games, meets, tournaments, socials, fundraising, tabling, etc.
  • Last day for pooled classroom use
  • Last Day for Student Group Re-Registration on WUGO  for 2025-2026 Academic Year! All undergraduate student groups must re-register their group before 11:59 PM today. 
April 28, 2025 - May 7, 2025

Blackout Period for student Group programming, events and activities for Reading Week and Exams. 

  • No student group programming, events or activities 
  • No student group spending or expense incursion 
    *Programming, events or activities include: meetings (of any type), recruiting, rehearsals, practices, try outs, games, meets, tournaments, socials, fundraising, tabling, etc.
May 12, 2025 Commencement
May 8, 2025 - May 31, 2025

Student Group Programming Permitted - Spending is Permitted

  • Student groups may hold programming, events or activities during this time period, provided they have submitted the event into WUGO and received approval. 
  • Student groups should work with their SU Business Coordinator if spending is required - spending is only permitted if the group Treasurer is on-campus & in-person.

 

2025 - 2026 Academic Year

DATES EVENT
June 1, 2025 - July 15, 2025

Student Group Programming Permitted - No Spending Permitted

  • Student groups may hold programming, events or activities during this time period, provided they have submitted the event into WUGO and received approval. 
  • During this time period, student groups CANNOT spend or incur expenses of any type.
July 16, 2025 - August 14, 2025

Student Group Programming Permitted - Spending is Permitted

  • Student groups may hold programming, events or activities during this time period, provided they have submitted the event into WUGO and received approval. 
  • Student groups should work with their SU Business Coordinator if spending is required - spending is only permitted if the group Treasurer is on-campus & in-person.
August 15, 2025 - August 30, 2025

Blackout Period for student Group programming, events and activities until the first day of programming (see below)

  • No student group programming, events or activities 
  • No student group spending or expense incursion 
    *Programming, events or activities include: meetings (of any type), recruiting, rehearsals, practices, try outs, games, meets, tournaments, socials, fundraising, tabling, etc.
August 25, 2025 First Day of Class for Fall 2025 Semester

Student Group Leader Training (SGLT)

  • All Student Union and Campus Life Recognized student groups must complete all necessary components of the Student Group Leader Training (SGLT) scheduled on this day. Details to follow.
August 31, 2025

First Day of Student Group Programming - for student groups who completed Student Group Leader Training (SGLT)

  • Student groups may begin holding / participating in programming, events or activities, provided they have successfully completed all necessary components of the Student Group Leader Training (SGLT)
