SU Category Funding Upgrades
Should your student group wish to upgrade categories from III -> II or II -> I, you will be able to submit an application to the Student Union Activities Committee by the due date listed on the SU Finances BEARings Trello Board.
- The Category Change Application is available now on WUGO Links to an external site.(Forms tab) and closes at 11:59 PM on January 31, 2025.
- New Category status will take effect at the start of the following semester.
- After applying, the Activities Committee Chair (AC Chair) will send an email to schedule a meeting with the student group
- The student group will prepare a 5-minute presentation (details below)
- After the presentation, the Activities Committee will go into Q&A for around 5 minutes
- Then AC will move into a discussion about the student group
- Finally, AC will vote on the decision, and the group will be informed of the decision and rationale through email
