Attention all Student Union Recognized, Campus Life Recognized, and Student Union Entity Student Groups! It's time to prepare for the upcoming re-registration process. Student group leaders should familiarize themselves with the steps now, as several requirements must be completed before re-registration begins.

Pre - Re-Registration Requirements
To qualify for re-registration, each student group must:
- Membership: Have at least 10 members on their WUGO Links to an external site. roster.
- Officers: List at least one president and one treasurer on their WUGO Links to an external site. page.
- Events: Hold at least one program/event registered and approved in WUGO during the current academic year (September 1, 2024 - April 27, 2025).
- Constitution: Have an updated constitution meeting all minimum requirements outlined on the Student Group Constitution page (You will be required to upload the constitution as part of the re-registration process).
*Note: You must be a WUGO admin for your organization to complete this process. Follow the process on the WUGO - Giving a Member WUGO Admin Rights page to assign admin rights to a member.
Steps to Re-Register (from April 4th - April 27th)
- Go to WUGO admin portal: WUGO Links to an external site.
- Log In: with your WUGO admin credentials. (reminder - you must be a WUGO admin, not all officers are admins, see above note)
- Organizations: Click "Organizations" on the left side of your screen.
- Find Your Group: Use the search box to locate your student group by name.
- Edit Organization: Click the pencil icon in your organization dashboard's top right corner.
- Re-Registration Form: Complete and submit the Organization Re-Registration Form.
- Confirmation: A message stating "Revision was Successful!" will appear at the bottom right of your screen.
FAQ
- Admin Rights: Must be an admin for re-registration; instructions are available on the WUGO - Giving a Member WUGO Admin Rights page.
- Membership Update: Ensure a minimum of ten (10) members are listed on your WUGO roster.
- Event Requirement: Groups without an approved event between September 1, 2024 - April 27, 2025 will not qualify for re-registration and will be deactivated but can reapply later as new groups.
- Missed Deadline: Groups not re-registering by April 27, 2025 will be deactivated for the 2025 - 2026 academic year.
- Advisor Agreement: Required faculty/staff advisors must complete their agreement form electronically via a link found in WUGO under "Forms".
