Final Exam Opt-In

You must "opt-in" if you want to take the final Exam.  If you plan to take the final, you must indicate so on this form by noon, Monday, Dec. 9th. 

Exam 3 results and "total grades" should be posted by late on Sunday, Dec. 8th.  If your decision to take the final depends on your performance on Exam 3, please wait until you know your grade on Exam 3 before completing this form.

You may be assigned to different rooms for the final than you were for prior exams.  Rooms will be announced on Monday, Dec. 9th.  Please watch Piazza and the Exam 3 page on Canvas for announcements.
